Office/Administrative
Our office staff is the face of our company. They make first contact with customers and are responsible for seeing event details through from planning to equipment delivery. Strong customer serivce skills are a must. Aside from working with our customers, the administrative team handles billing, scheduling, and purchasing.
Sales
The sales team for O'Neil Tents is responsible for generating leads on new events as well as working with current customers to ensure their events go off without a hitch. We encourage our sales team to stay on the cutting edge of the events industry by being invloved in trade group meetings. This allows O'Neil to constantly offer the newest and best products to the marketplace. Applicants with experience in the event planning field are preffered.
Supervisor
O'Neil installation supervisors have the experience to accomplish the most complex projects. When a project is large enough to involve several crew leaders, the supervisor will oversee installation from beginning to end. The supervisor directs crew leaders and their crews to ensure work is done safely and efficiently. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience installing large scale projects and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Crew Leader
Crew Leaders are expected to manage the safe and timely delivery of rental materials to the customer. Crew Leaders are expected to manage their installation crews to assure quality of service. Demonstrated ability for customer service is a must as it is the crew leaders job to make sure customer expectations are met and exceeded. A valid driver's license is required for all crew leaders.
Inside Operations
Inside operations range from general maintainence of rental equipment to load/unload teams.
